Velocity Composites plc (AIM: VEL.L), the leading supplier of advanced composite material kits to the aerospace market, has been notified that on 6 April 2022, Andy Beaden, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 60,000 Velocity ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each (“Ordinary Shares”) at an average price of 17.27 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these purchases, Mr Beaden has a beneficial interest in 568,475 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.56% of the issued share capital of the Company.
