The company’s latest recruitment of a Project Engineer reflects that wider strategy, strengthening its engineering team as aerospace manufacturers continue increasing production rates across commercial aviation and defence.

The new Project Engineer will lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities involving structural and processed composite materials, working closely with customers and manufacturing teams to coordinate product launches, support continuous improvement initiatives and deliver engineering change programmes.
