Velocity Composites Relocates to Brand New, Purpose Built Facility in Burnley

We have relocated our whole operation to our new, purpose built facility at AMS Technology Park, Burnley. The new facility permits all manufacturing processes to be performed in full temperature, humidity and particle controlled cleanroom conditions and in one configured space, with sufficient expansion opportunity in line with our growth projections.

The building has also been designed to be as environmentally sustainable as possible with natural lighting, high performance thermal insulation and a dedicated air management system to exceed the cleanroom standards with minimal energy use. Integrated into the facility are all our operations, engineering and commercial teams which allows us to bring customer projects from the concept stage to sustained production within the shortest possible timeframe.

Chris Banks, Operations Director, said: “Strong demand and growth of the business has resulted in the company investigating options for relocating. We are more than delighted by the outcome.”
